For the past several months, I have been volunteering my photo services to Manikin’s Lounge in Sanford, Florida.
Towards the end of the night, two Hispanic women walk in. They were with other folks. Yet, I focused mostly on the two women.
One of them said hello to me. I didn’t think anything of it. I just wanted a photo.
I asked the woman permission to photograph her. She handed me the pose you see in this blog.
Then, she told me she recognized me.
I told her I used to photograph a Downtown Orlando nightclub.
Then, she told me she was a go-go dancer in the same club.
Suddenly, I recognized her. Actually, I featured her in a previous blog.
In all reality, my friend is half-Italian and Hispanic.
She told me she gained weight recently.
Yet, I wasn’t complaining.
After almost seven years, she was still photogenic.
